At Body by Bemilly, we prioritize the safety and well-being of all our patients, including minors. If you are a minor seeking our services, please be aware of the following requirements:

1. Parental/Guardian Consent: Minors must have a parent or legal guardian present during all consultations and treatments. A signed consent form from the parent or guardian is required before any services can be provided.
2. Accompaniment: A parent or legal guardian must accompany the minor to all appointments and remain on-site throughout the duration of the treatment.
3. Verification: Proof of age and identification for both the minor and the accompanying parent or guardian will be required at the time of the appointment.

These measures are in place to ensure a safe and supportive environment for our younger patients.
