We are here to help take the stress and anxiety away from your cosmetic procedure. We'll go over potential post-op garments and supplies to purchase, what supplements to have handy, as well as best practices.

Getting surgery soon? Book this session two weeks prior to your procedure to ensure that you are preparing your body to minimize the risk of post-surgical complications that may occur, such as scar tissue formation, infections, and bruising. Additionally, after the lymphatic massage, surgeons may have an easier time making an incision through the well-drained tissue.

This will include a mixture of a lymphatic massage, red light therapy and other techniques that you will benefit from.
